Aim Names Svancara EVP of Sales

GIRARD, Ohio – Aim NationaLease, the nation’s largest privately held truck leasing company, is restructuring its sales leadership team as it “continues to grow and evolve,” the company reports.

Matt Svancara has been promoted to executive vice president of sales and marketing. Svancara, formerly regional vice president of sales, oversees business development and the nationwide sales staff, according to the announcement.

“When Tom [Fleming] came to me with this opportunity I was honored, as well as excited to hit the ground running,” stated Svancara, referencing Aim’s CEO, Tom Fleming. Svancara, an employee at Aim 21 years, called Aim “a great company to work for. I’m looking forward to growing it in new directions and guiding the sales team into further success.”

Following his promotion, the Midwest sales region that Svancara formerly managed was broken into two regions, Chicago and Indianapolis, with Tim Hanley and Steve Iskander promoted to regional sales managers.

“I had both Steve and Tim on a career path and have been preparing them for the next step in their careers,” Svancara said in announcing the promotions. “They have over 17 years’ combined experience at Aim.”

Aim NationaLease has 100 operations, more than 1,000 employees and 10,000 vehicles on the road. The company offers an array of services including full- service leasing, integrated logistics, commercial rentals, gas and oilfield services, and professional shop management.
