John Moliterno

Northeast Ohio Development and Finance Authority

John Moliterno is the executive director of the Western Reserve Port Authority, which provides economic development and aviation services in Mahoning and Trumbull Counties.

Moliterno’s expansive experience in public and private sector ventures makes him among the most highly credentialed economic development professionals in the region.

Moliterno was once chairman of the board of the Port Authority when the airport and its operations were just becoming established. He is former president and CEO of Pegasus Printing Company, the Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber and the Better Business Bureau. Also appointed to the Ohio Consumers Counsel Governing Board by the Ohio Attorney General, where he served as chairman for many years.

Moliterno is a board member of the Youngstown State University Penguin Club, the Better Business Bureau of Mahoning Valley, the Youngstown Symphony and the Youngstown Central Business District Community Improvement Corporations.

He and his wife raised their two grown children in Girard. He is a long-time member of the Girard City Council and formerly served many years on the Board of Education.
