Andrea L. Lupton has been promoted to Mahoning County sales manager by Northwood Realty Services. Lupton, a licensed agent for more than 21 years, will oversee the Northwood offices in Poland, Boardman and Canfield. She volunteers for Project 180 and the Esther House, a recovery house that helps women overcome addictions, and for God’s Refuge House in Warren. Lupton served on the Save Our Valley Homes Task Force where she helped homeowners who were facing foreclosure.
Kenneth Mack has been named president and CEO of Northern State Metals in Youngstown. Mack has been interim president since April and joined the company in September 2015. “I am proud to be leading a company that is thoroughly dedicated to its customers,” he says. Northern States builds custom-designed aluminum extrusions, parts and products, including Solar FlexRack, a mounting system for the commercial and utility solar power industry.
Ketaki Desai, director of eCenter@LindenPointe in Hermitage, Pa., recently returned from an all-expenses-paid trip to Denmark to participate in the nine-day Unleash Innovation Lab. The lab selected 1,000 participants from around the world. It was sponsored by the Danish Government, United Nations organizations and multi-national corporations. The goal was to innovate sustainable development goals in seven areas. Desai’s team focused on education.
