Klacik Real Estate Reports $19.7M in 2014 Sales
POLAND, Ohio — Klacik Real Estate, one of the largest independent real estate agencies in the Mahoning Valley, reports the company sold properties valued at a combined $19.7 million as a result of 237 real estate transactions in 2014.
“Our sales people did an exceptional job in 2014,” says Michael D. Klacik, broker.
The company employs 24 sales agents who bring “decades of experience to the table at every real estate transaction,” Klacik says.
Klacik Real Estate increased its marketing efforts in print, on radio and television, he notes. “Using local media outlets to promote our company has produced millions worth of sales production. Our numbers continue to improve every year.”
