Little Greek Fresh to Open in Boardman this Year

BOARDMAN, Ohio — Little Greek Fresh Grill plans to open here by the second quarter of the year. The restaurant will open in the space it is leasing at 220 Boardman-Canfield Road in a recently renovated plaza, according to Kutlick Realty LLC.

The chain is a fast-casual Greek restaurant with an American influence. The Boardman restaurant will offer dine-in, take-out and catering, according to the release.

Founder Sigrid Bratic started Little Greek Fresh Grill in 2004 with one location in Palm Harbor, Fla., and grew the business to four corporate-owned and two franchised locations by 2011. The year Bratic formed a partnership with Nick Vojnovic, formerly of Beef O’ Brady’s.

The chain now has 31 locations in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky and Texas. It describes the menu as “fresh Greek dishes created from generations of traditional family recipes.”
