Rust Belt Made Holds Makers Market Sunday

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Rust Belt Made’s Makers Market, a curated, pop-up event created by a collective group of friends and makers, will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. The event, which will feature talented and like-minded Rust Belt makers, artisans and local, small businesses, will be held at High Octane Coffee Co. and Trailside Bicycle Co. in Canfield.

Rust Belt Made’s mission is to bring the region’s talented makers and small businesses to different parts of the Valley so that the various communities can experience these makers and small businesses, savor local food and coffee, and show support for the local economy.

This Rust Belt Made Makers Market pop-up is sponsored by High Octane Coffee, Trailside Bicycle Co., 1820 House Candles, ala Jamie, Lola Beans Boutique and Messie Jessie’s Whimsical Bakery.

Some of the other vendors at the Makers Market will be White Church Co., Junque Boutique, Big Green Thing Food Truck, Main Street Originals, Flaming Ice Cube, LA Popstand and Sassyfrass jewelry.

Rust Belt Made was created by Melissa Smith, owner of 1820 House Candles, Jamie Jamison, owner of ala Jamie photography, Jessica Sprowl Senedak, owner of Messie Jessie’s Whimsical Bakery, Jennifer Rodway owner of High Octane Coffee Co., and Melissa D’Apolito owner of Lola Beans Boutique.
