Shepherd of the Valley Opens Poland Rehab Unit
POLAND, Ohio – Shepherd of the Valley Poland has opened its new skilled nursing and rehabilitation center and is accepting residents there as of today.
The Poland community, 301 W Western Reserve Road, has offered assisted and independent living since opening its doors and added skilled nursing to provide a full continuum of care on the campus.
Ground was broken in April 2015 on the 32-bed, 24,645-square-foot addition.
The new center is accepting residents with traditional Medicare and Medicaid but is working to secure additional managed care contracts, officials say.
