Synergy Comp Named to Inc. 5000 List for Second Straight Year
SHARON, Pa. – Synergy Comp Insurance Co., a workers compensation carrier based here, has been named to Inc. Magazine’s list of the 5,000 fastest-growing companies for the second consecutive year.
The company was ranked No. 4,463. It has a three-year growth rate of 56%, according to the magazine, and had $16.6 million in revenue last year. Synergy Comp ranked 4,581st on the Inc. list last year.
“Synergy Comp received the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies’ award because of our employees’ commitment to safety and excellence which have resulted in reducing our policyholders’ workplace injury costs by 64%,” said President Lew Kachulis in a statement. “We also thank our loyal independent insurance agents and their policyholders for recognizing the importance of creating a safer work environment for their employees.”
The company received the recognition last month at the 36th Annual Inc. 5000 Conference and Gala in Palm Desert, Calif. .
