Lawrence County Young Professionals to Meet March 10

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – Fractured Grape Wine Cellars owner Walter Novosel will be the keynote speaker at the Young Professionals of Lawrence County’s “Spark Your Community: YPLC Discovers Lawrence County.”

The event at the winery, 115A Neshannock Ave., begins at 6 p.m. March 10. Novosel will discuss the growth of wineries in the county and western Pennsylvania. Wine from Fractured Grape and paired appetizers will be available, along with live music.

“It’s this type of regional growth and inspiration that YPLC seeks to educate its members on to spread the positive contagion of entrepreneurship and growth for Lawrence County,” said the group’s president Jessica Tomcyzk.

This year, Young Professionals is hosting monthly lectures across the county as part of its Spark series, covering topics from development training to running for public office. The goal of the series, Tomcyzk said, is to spur community connections, learning and leadership.
