AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – A Speedway gas station and convenience store at the corner of Kirk and South Raccoon roads has been purchased by 7-Eleven for $4.8 million.
MDC Endeavour 1 LLC purchased the property at 4401 Kirk Road earlier this month after filing as an Ohio business in November. The new tax billing address is 7-Eleven Inc. in Dallas, Texas, and the address of MDC Endeavour 1 LLC is in San Diego, Calif.
According to the Mahoning County Auditor’s office, the property had been owned by EMRO Marketing Co. since 1997.
