NILES, Ohio — 717 Credit Union has been named the official credit union and banking partner of the Mahoning Valley Scrappers, officials announced Tuesday at Eastwood Field. The long-term agreement expands a relationship that began in 1999 and will include community giveaways, financial wellness initiatives and game-day promotions.
As part of the partnership, 717 will sponsor events throughout the season, including a free admission night on July 17 and a postgame drone show. A new Scrappers-branded credit card and discount program tied to team wins were also introduced. Renovations at Eastwood Field are underway ahead of opening day June 4.
