For Advanced Technology Partners, 2025 was a year of growth, both within its team and its client base.
The Austintown, Ohio, company focused on forming closer relationships and building greater trust with clients.
Founded in 2018, ATP’s focus is to provide unparalleled customer service to ensure clients have the best experience. It aims to help customers make technology a strength of their business rather than a pain point.
ATP offers fully managed IT support, co-managed IT services; IT consulting; cybersecurity and compliance services; hardware and software sales and support; cloud phone systems; and custom software, integrations and reporting.
ATP added more than 20 new managed services clients were added in 2025, mostly referrals from existing clients. The company doubled its staff, increasing from nine to 18 employees, including employee growth in the client experience, custom software development and cybersecurity compliance departments.
“It’s been an exciting year for ATP,” Justin White, co-owner and CEO says. “It has been great to welcome a lot of new faces to the team and see them fit right in with the incredible team that has been with us for years.”
ATP invested in new technologies, continued to refine its services, ensured clients receive support, expanded its custom programming and cybersecurity compliance offerings and ensured regular planning sessions with clients.
ATP also partners with many community organizations, allowing it to have impact in the Mahoning Valley. The company offers discounted services to its nonprofit clients, saving them funds that may be redirected to community programs. Some of the organizations to which ATP allocated funds for sponsorships in 2025 include YBI, Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber, United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley and Oh Wow.
