AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – Advanced Technology Partners made a major change in 2024 by implementing its new service delivery model.
The company began offering a comprehensive fixed fee managed service model to its customers several years ago. In 2024, it put this model into use across the board.
ATP migrated all active customers from the former “break/fix” IT support model to a comprehensive fixed fee managed service contract.
During this period, ATP was able to double its recurring service work, help its customers understand the benefits of this new type of contract, and set the foundation for more effective customer support and service, according to Justin White, co-owner and CEO.
“The move to the managed service business model has allowed us to improve the cybersecurity baseline with each of our clients and better serve them with recurring consultations,” he says.
ATP was founded in 2018 with four employees. The company now employs 13.
During 2024, the company not only expanded its technical staff but also added to its custom software development team.
ATP services more than 20 charitable organizations in the area and hopes to see this number grow in 2025, White says.
