GIRARD, Ohio – Tom Fleming, founder, chairman and CEO of Aim Transportation Solutions, has been named to the 2024 Top Most Loved CEOs list through the Best Practice Institute.
The Most Loved CEOs list recognizes companies worldwide that have rated their CEOs the highest on the Love of Workplace Index, a system that surveys employees on various factors concerning employee satisfaction and sentiment, including the level of respect, support and sense of belonging they feel at the company.
“I am truly honored and humbled to be named a Most Loved CEO, particularly because it comes from the responses of my fellow Aim employees,” Fleming said. “I’m incredibly grateful to lead such an incredible organization of professionals who go out of their way to make Aim one of the most trusted and respected brands in the commercial transportation industry.”
Fleming, who purchased the leasing division of his family’s company in 1982, gave credit to others at Aim Transportation.
“This recognition isn’t mine alone,” he said. “My son, Scott [Fleming] and our entire leadership team work incredibly hard to make sure our employees are taken care of and have ample opportunities for growth and success. This is what helps us attract and retain the best in the business and, ultimately, what makes Aim deserving of being named a Most Loved Workplace.”
Earlier this year, Aim was named a Most Loved Workplace for the second year in a row. Aim was also recently named one of Newsweek’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces for the second consecutive year.
“At Aim, we prioritize our people because when they succeed, our customers succeed. And at the end of the day, that means Aim succeeds,” said Tom Fleming, Aim president. “For anyone who’s looking for a supportive, inclusive company where anyone can succeed, there’s a spot for you on our team.”
