WARREN, Ohio – Akron Children’s Pediatrics, Warren Downtown has relocated to the new Student Recreation and Wellness Center at Warren G. Harding High School.
The practice has been renamed Akron Children’s Pediatrics at Warren G. Harding High School. The new office at 860 Elm Road NW opened Tuesday to provide comprehensive primary care for babies, children and teens.
“Moving our Warren Downtown office to the Warren G. Harding campus, along with the same trusted care of providers, meets families where they are, which is at the school and wellness center,” said Brian Dinger, vice president of the Akron Children’s primary care network. “Our patients and families will enjoy the benefits of our new pediatric office combined with the convenience of on-campus care, which makes it easier than ever for our children and families to get the care they need.”
The new primary care office will be the second on-campus collaboration between Akron Children’s and Warren City Schools. Since 2016, Akron Children’s has offered school-based health centers in Warren schools. The school-based health centers address ongoing health care needs and assist students with chronic conditions such as asthma and diabetes.
