YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Alex Rodriguez, the former Major League Baseball superstar who won a World Series with the New York Yankees in 2009, will speak at Youngstown State University on March 26.

His address, part of YSU’s Thomas Colloquium on Free Enterprise speaker series, will take place at 7 p.m. in Stambaugh Auditorium.

Tickets are free but must be reserved in advance. They will become available Feb. 16 at StambaughAuditorium.com or at the DeYor Performing Arts Center box office, 260 W. Federal St., downtown.

Rodriguez is the chairman and CEO of A-Rod Corp. and co-chairman of the Minnesota Timberwolves of the NBA. He is the controlling owner of the team.

His address will be titled “Building a Legacy of Leadership: Discipline, Reinvention and the Power of Enterprise.”

Rodriguez, a 14-time MLB All-Star, is also an analyst for Fox Sports. He has appeared on ABC’s “Shark Tank.”
