YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Alta Care Group has hired Stephen Inchak as the organization’s new chief operating officer.
Inchak has more than two decades of experience in behavioral health care, social work and case management.
Prior to joining the team at Alta, Inchak worked as a chief officer in behavioral health care and worked in roles of case management, social work and adjunct faculty where he taught social work.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and a master’s degree from the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University.

As COO, Inchak will play a key leadership role, working in close partnership with the CEO and senior management team to guide daily operations and implement the organization’s strategic plans, help scale the organization to meet the needs of the
community, assist in leading the executive management team and cultivate a high-performing staff.
