YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – After raising more than $20,000 last year, Alta Care Group’s Chips for Kids will return March 27 with a Roaring 20s Casino Royale theme.
The event, sponsored by WesBanco, will be held at Aulizio’s Banquet Center, Warren.
Guests are invited to dress in 1920s black-tie-inspired attire, and the event will feature classic casino games like black jack and poker, basket raffles, a whiskey tasting and a Youngstown Cookie Table.
Funds raised at the event will help support programs at Alta Care Group that are not fully supported by grants, commercial insurance and/or Medicaid or board funding, such as Triple P parent support groups, Camp Challenge intensive outpatient summer camp and the Incredible Years parent training series.
“Thanks to a tremendous response at last year’s event, we’re excited to bring Chips for Kids back and have the community chip in to help support these programs that are vital to making a difference in the lives of children and families throughout the Valley,” Alta CEO Vince Paolucci said.
