As it heads into its 89th year, Anderson Coach & Travel is expanding its fleet and strengthening workforce development efforts to support increased demand for group travel.

The Greenville, Pa.-based, family-owned company has added Napaway sleeper coaches to its fleet to meet growing charter needs, including transportation for professional and amateur sports teams nationwide. To support operations, Anderson Coach has also focused on workforce development, adding a driver manager position and expanding its safety leadership.

Former driver Greg Gray was hired as driver manager to serve as a liaison between drivers, dispatch and management, while Brandin Brooks was brought on to lead the company’s safety department and enhance training programs.

Leadership development has also been a focus as the company plans for long-term growth. Third-generation family member Evan Anderson now serves in an expanded role as chief operating officer, continuing the legacy established by founders O.D. and Dot Anderson.

President Doug Anderson said the company’s family-centered culture remains a driving force. “My parents built this business around family, not just our own, but the people who work here,” Anderson said. “That hasn’t changed. Our team members become part of the Anderson family, and that sense of care and respect continues to drive us forward.”

The company’s tours division also reached a milestone, completing its first full year of trips developed under current leadership. The 2026 tour schedule includes a mix of anniversary-themed and destination-based travel, with offerings tied to national events and a special company anniversary trip planned for Myrtle Beach.
