YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Applicants are being sought for the position of community engagement and inclusion coordinator for the Wean Park complex, which encompasses the park’s great lawn, Covelli Centre, Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre and Huntington Bank Community Alley.
The person hired will be responsible for advancing the use of the facilities by residents, organizations, business and community groups. He or she will develop partnerships, expand opportunities for community use and supplement those efforts through strategically designed programs and events that increase utilization, strengthen community connection and promote equitable access and participation.
The person hired must be willing to listen to and learn from stakeholders to discover new ideas and must have above average interpersonal skills to serve a diverse community.
