American Business Center Puts Focus on Workflow

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – American Business Center will focus on its core competencies in the marketplace in 2023, servicing and supplying its customers with their office space needs.

For more than 40 years, ABC has seen growth and prosperity as an office equipment and solution provider in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, says Sylvester Frazzini, vice president of sales/production print specialist.

“ABC’s expertise in digital document workflow allows the company to implement solutions that meet a customer’s exact needs in copying, printing, faxing, scanning and document archiving,” Frazzini says. “This is especially important given the current work-from-anywhere work culture that is the current norm. By continually adding emerging technologies to its offerings and enhancing its specialized local services and support, ABC has been able to expand its footprint in the tri-state area.”

The company, which was designated as an Eco Excellence Organization in 2021, has added sales, service and supplies of Brother and Zebra equipment and offers a shredding service.

In 2023, the company plans to focus on the emerging markets created by the decentralization of offices and employees’ ability to work from anywhere. Investments in back file conversion, cloud storage, workflow software and collaborative technologies are at the forefront of ABC’S primary offerings, Frazzini says.

“As part of the digital transformation and work-from-anywhere arrangements, individuals now want to have the same office technology in their homes as they do in the office,” Frazzini says. “This creates many challenges, as well as opportunities.”

One challenge the company is facing is the significant slowdown of equipment fulfillment resulting from product shortages.

“ABC will continue to be on the cutting edge of technology to help local organizations with the current challenges we all face and to aid in everyone’s digital office transformation,” Frazzini says.
