Leo Daprile Sr. has been in the business for over 40 years and has a wealth of experience and expertise in insurance and financial planning. His two sons, Leo Daprile Jr. and Stephen Daprile, are approachable, easy-going and extremely bright individuals.
Our sales team has a wide range of flexibility and freedom that offers work from home or hitting the road to meet new people and businesses.
Our service team has strong and capable members to lean on, working Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Another thoughtful perk at Gem Young is summer hours, which means our office in Canfield closes at 3 p.m. on Fridays to kick start those summer weekends.
In the past, I’ve always had to wait until after work to schedule anything personal – doctors’ appointments, going to the bank, running errands, etc. – but our management team is incredibly understanding and compassionate about our families and personal lives. The work/life balance is achievable and encouraged.
Something Leo Sr. mentions on his radio show, “Your Money,” is the tremendous local talent we have in Youngstown as he brings on local people and businesses to talk about their industries. The community support and respect he receives are encouraging and inspirational.
