CANFIELD, Ohio – The opening acts for this year’s concerts at the Canfield Fair grandstand have been announced.
Ashley Cooke will warm up the crowd for country superstar Brad Paisley on Aug. 31, and Dillon Carmichael will open for Lynyrd Skynyrd on Sept. 1.
Tickets for both shows are on sale now at Ticketmaster.com. The Canfield Fair will run from Aug. 27 to Sept. 1.
After the 2023 release of her debut album, “Shot in the Dark,” Cooke won the CMT Award for Breakthrough Female Video of the Year in 2024 and has been nominated twice for ACM’s New Female Artist of the Year, as well as Best New Country Artist at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
She notched her first No. 1 hit with “Your Place” and has appeared on ABC’s “The Bachelorette” and NBC’s “Today Show.”
Carmichael, a Kentucky-born singer-songwriter, has scored two singles with “Son Of A” and “Drinkin’ Problems” and has toured with Luke Bryan and Cody Johnson.
His latest album, “Keepin’ Country Alive,” spotlights his baritone voice.
