AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – Three parcels and accompanying buildings that comprise the Ply-Trim Building Products complex at 550 N. Meridian Road have sold for $500,000, according to records from the Mahoning County Auditor.
The sale was recorded June 20 to Aether Properties LLC, which gives an address in Lodi, Calif., according to auditor records. The previous owner of the property is listed as Ply Trim Enterprises Inc.
Auditor records show the sale included an office building and four additional structures used for warehousing and distribution, along with approximately 7 acres.
The most recent incorporation records filed with the Ohio Secretary of State lists Joseph Muscolo as a registered agent of Aether Properties and Timothy Timmins as its authorized representative.Ply-Trim is a supplier of lumber and wood products such as exterior wood trim, Duraboard and stair stringer components, according to its website.
