AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – A Patriot Boulevard motel was purchased for more than $2.2 million, according to Mahoning County property records.
Online Mahoning County Auditor’s Office records show that Siri Situ LLC sold the Sleep Inn at 5555 Patriot Blvd. to Shivshakti Land Co. LLC for $2,244,000, effective Monday.
The land company filed its articles of organization May 27, according to Ohio Secretary of State online records.
In 2022, Siri Situ LLC bought the motel, built in 1997, from the Bhagyoday Investment Inc. for $1,875,000.
