AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – A hospitality company paid nearly $2.9 million for a township motel.
KNSA Hospitality LLC bought the Super 8 by Wyndham Austintown/Youngstown at 5280 76 Drive on Nov. 20 for $2,875,001. Vikdev LLC was the seller. That company paid $1.7 million for the motel in January 2007.
The property includes nearly 2.6 acres, and it was appraised at $1,536,450 for tax purposes. The motel was built in 1988.
