CANFIELD, Ohio – As the technology landscape continues to evolve, Avrem Technologies has expanded its team, refined its approach and widened its reach.

The Canfield-based IT and cybersecurity company added four employees in 2024 to support its growing client base. It welcomed eight new clients in the fourth quarter alone, ranging from larger co-managed environments to fully managed IT partnerships.

“Internally, we’ve doubled down on professional development and leadership,” says owner Robert Merva. “Three of our team members are actively engaged in national peer groups, keeping Avrem at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.

 “Our investment in people didn’t stop there,” he continues. “Every employee has outlined ambitious training and personal development goals for 2025 and we introduced a new bonus structure and increased salaries to reward and inspire individual success.”

Continuous improvement has always been a key to Avrem’s success, according to Merva.

The company refined its service delivery processes to optimize efficiency, streamline operations and improve client outcomes. The enhancements maintain the company’s high standards while scaling to support its growing customer base, he says.
