POLAND, Ohio – The Better Business Bureau of the Mahoning Valley hosted its annual Torch Awards ceremony Wednesday at The Lake Club, recognizing businesses, individuals and students in Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull counties for ethical practices and community impact.
Columbiana Veterinary Associates, SenSource Inc. and Berk Enterprises received the Torch Award for Marketplace Trust. Diane Sauer was honored with the Torch Award for Civic Leadership, and Potential Development School for Autism received the Torch Award for Nonprofit Excellence.
Four high school seniors were each awarded a $1,000 Ethics & Integrity Scholarship.
