BOARDMAN, Ohio – Raphael’s School of Beauty Culture, led by Ralph Delserone, is committed to giving back to the community. “Our motto at the school is we change lives,” he says. “I am really impressed with the United Way’s mentoring programs for youth who are less fortunate and are making a change in their lives.”
Delserone believes in the reciprocal nature of giving, inspired by the philosophy of his wife, Lori. “We want to give back to the community that has given so much to our entire family all these years,” he says.
