COLUMBIANA, Ohio – The Best Western Plus Dutch Haus Inn & Suites hotel along the border of Columbiana and Mahoning counties has sold for more than $4.1 million, according to records filed with the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office.
Data show that PKVR Hospitality LLC of Burlington, N.J., purchased the hotel building and 2.7 acres from Dutch Inn Properties Ltd. on March 3. The hotel is located along state Route 14.
Incorporation documents filed with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office show that PKVR was organized Nov. 18, 2025, and names Umesh Shah as its statutory agent.
The 52-room hotel and events center is appraised at $2.7 million.
