YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Better Business Bureau of the Mahoning Valley will once again celebrate leaders and businesses that exemplify BBB standards for trust.
The 2026 Torch Awards will be held at 11:30 a.m. May 21 at The Lake Club in Poland. Lindsey Watson of WKBN will host the event. For table or ticket information, call 330 744 7210 or email events@youngstown.bbb.org.
This year’s Torch Awards will be presented to:
- Torch Award for Marketplace Trust: Sweet Memories Vintage Tees, Gordon Brothers Water and Raphael’s School of Beauty Culture.
- Torch Award for Civic Leadership: The Canfield Fair Board of Directors.
- Torch Award for Nonprofit Excellence: Habitat for Humanity of Mahoning Valley Inc.
The Torch Awards are made possible through the support of the BBB TrustBuilders, a group of banking institutions in the Valley with long-term commitments to earning and keeping the public’s trust. They include Farmers National Bank, PNC Bank, Huntington Bank and WesBanco.
During the event, the BBB will also award area high school students Ethics and Integrity Scholarships, sponsored by Farmers Trust Co. and the BBB. Scholarship applications can be found HERE.
