BOARDMAN, Ohio – A South Avenue building where Zabel’s Restaurant Equipment and Supplies has been operating for the past few years has officially changed hands.
Records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office show R&A Zabel Real Estate LLC bought the building at 6201 South Ave. from Straub Property Management LLC for $1 million July 13.
The family-owned Zabel opened the Boardman store – its second location – in 2024. The building formerly housed Muscle Connection, which closed. Zabel’s store at 645 Market St., Youngstown, has been in operation for many years.
