BOARDMAN, Ohio – An office building along South Avenue in Boardman Township has sold for more than $2.9 million, according to records filed with the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office.
The office complex at 8324 South Ave. was sold to BMCJ South Properties LLC on March 26, data show. The previous owner, CTW Development Corp., purchased the building in 2022 for $1.85 million.
Records show that the 26,388-square-foot office building was constructed in 1999 and is appraised by the auditor’s office at $1.84 million.
