YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Bon Secours Mercy Health is one of 53 employers honored with the Business Group on Health’s Best Employers Award: Excellence in Health & Well-being. 

The national recognition celebrates organizations that go above and beyond to create innovative, comprehensive programs that support the whole person, a news release states.

Now in its 20th year, the award was announced at the Business Group on Health’s annual conference in Nashville, Tenn. BSMH was specifically recognized for its comprehensive and holistic approach to associate well-being, including mental health support, flexibility, family care, financial wellness and career development.
