YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – John Burgan, founder of Burgan Real Estate, has been elected chair of the Better Business Bureau of the Mahoning Valley Board of Directors for 2025.
Burgan established Burgan Real Estate in 1977. In addition to his service with the Better Business Bureau, he is actively engaged with Rotary and numerous charitable initiatives supported by his company.

The board also elected Ed Muransky as vice chair; Rachel Barber as treasurer; Colleen Kelly as secretary; and Jennifer Johnson as past chair.
New members joining the board are Cailyn Chrystal of 898 Marketing; Jordan Greenwood of Greenwood Chevrolet; Stephanie Mrozek of Hometown Pharmacy; Jordan Ryan of JAC Management; and Adam Timblin of Schroedel, Scullin & Bestic LLC.
Directors renewing their terms include Sam Huston of Huntington Bank; Robert Kempe of Premier Bank; Betty Jo Licata of Youngstown State University; Teri Storey of Masonry Materials Plus; Gregg Strollo of Strollo Architects; and Anthony Trevena of Western Reserve Port Authority.
