WARREN, Ohio – An investment group with a California address has purchased the former Rite-Aid building at 2840 Youngstown Road for $540,000, according to data from the Trumbull County Auditor’s Office.
Ohio Investment 888 LLC, based in Cerritos, Calif., acquired the property on April 29 from JSRE2840 LLC, records show. JSRE purchased the building and land for $262,000 on Dec. 23, 2025, records show.
The auditor’s office appraised the land and building at $1.19 million, according to data.
No additional information on the purchasing entity was listed with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office.
