CAMPBELL, Ohio – An apartment complex for seniors and people with disabilities has changed hands.
Sycamore Place OH LLC of Cleveland sold the 31 Tremble Ave. apartment building to Sycamore Property Development LLC for $2.2 million, effective July 2, according to a real property conveyance document from the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office. The new owner’s address is in Englewood, N.J.
The auditor’s office website shows Campbell Communities Ltd. sold the building in 2018 to Sycamore Place OH LLC.
