YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — The Mahoning Valley Historical Society will host a free public event in observance of National Ice Cream Day from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 20, at the Tyler History Center.
The event will include free Good Humor bars, ice cream-making demonstrations, walking tours of historic downtown sweet shops and a performance by a barbershop quartet.
