Regional Chamber Names Huffman Director of Government Affairs

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber this week announced the appointment of Lyle Huffman as director of government affairs.

In this position, Huffman, a resident of Howland, will develop and implement an annual action plan advancing public policy that promotes economic prosperity for chamber members and quality of life for the Mahoning Valley.

“We are privileged to bring on board someone with the credentials, experience and knowledge of government affairs. With Lyle’s expertise, we will continue to work closely with our local, state and federal policymakers to improve the business climate in the Valley,” Chamber President & CEO Guy Coviello said.

Huffman has spent the nearly a decade as the director of public services and community development/assistant town manager for the town of Greenville, Pa. He previously was a project manager with Wayne Homes.

Huffman received his B.S. in business marketing and master of public administration degrees from the University of Phoenix.
