COLUMBIANA, Ohio – The Columbiana Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for the 73rd annual Harvey Awards.

The awards recognize individuals and organizations whose achievements strengthened education, inspired young leaders, drove entrepreneurship, advanced business growth and improved quality of life across Columbiana in 2025.

Chamber members are encouraged to nominate in the following categories:

  • Educator of the Year (teacher).
  • Young Citizen of the Year (student).
  • Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
  • Citizen of the Year.
  • Business of the Year.
  • Business Development Award.
  • Unsung Hero Award (nonprofit).

Nominees do not have to be Columbiana Area Chamber of Commerce members, but they must be based in the Columbiana area.

A nomination form is available HERE. Nominations are due by Friday.

“The Harvey Awards recognize the people and organizations making a difference in Columbiana,” said Zach King executive director of the Columbiana Area Chamber of Commerce. “It’s a chance to celebrate local excellence, connect with community leaders and hear stories of innovation and impact.”

Honorees will be recognized during the Harvey Awards celebration March 19 at The Barn at Firestone, 1501 Eisenhower Blvd.

The keynote speaker is Crestview High School graduate Adam Hickman, a globally recognized leadership organizational development executive whose work bridges behavioral science and practical leadership. As vice president of organizational and employee development for Partners Federal Credit Union, serving The Walt Disney Co., he helps shape leadership development within one of the world’s most complex and recognizable organizations. Previously with Gallup, Hickman advised Fortune 500 leaders and presented at conferences globally.
