CHAMPION, Ohio – A professional building that houses the Modern Dental Concepts clinic has sold for $575,000, according to records from the Trumbull County Auditor’s Office.
Records show that Piara Singh Real Estate Holdings LLC purchased the office building from trustees Sergio Cozzo Nadler and Sheffali S. Nadler on June 18.
Total appraised value for the two parcels involved in the sale stands at $365,600, according to the auditor’s office.
Data show that the 2,979-square-foot building was constructed during the mid-1990s and was purchased by Drs. Sergio Nadler and Sheffali Sheth Nadler in 1998. Their dental practice remains active at the location.
