CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland Clinic announced that 18 Mahoning Valley health care providers will join the Cleveland Clinic health system.

The 15 primary care providers and three advanced practice providers, all formerly affiliated with Steward Medical Group, will begin seeing patients as Cleveland Clinic caregivers Tuesday.

“We are honored to welcome caregivers who are dedicated to providing the highest standards of primary care to Mahoning Valley residents,” said Dr. Brian J. Harte, president of the East Submarket of Cleveland Clinic’s Northeast Ohio Market. “We are committed to meeting the needs of our communities and look forward to serving the patients in this region.”

To better serve local residents, providers will see patients at new locations in Austintown, Kinsman and Niles, in addition to the current medical offices in Austintown and Warren. Patients can continue to see their same health care providers at their preferred locations.

The Valley locations:

  • Dr. Szymon Krzyzanowski, Cleveland Clinic Niles STAR Imaging, 652 Youngstown-Warren Road, Niles.
  • 1440 S. Canfield-Niles Road, Suite B, Austintown.
  • 1450 S. Canfield-Niles Road, Suite A, Austintown.
  • 1570 S. Canfield-Niles Road, Building A, Suite 101, Austintown.
  • 8511 Main St., Kinsman.
  • 8700 E. Market St., Suite 4, Warren.

“Primary care physicians provide critical health care services for individuals and families,” said Dr. James Gutierrez, chairman of Cleveland Clinic’s Primary Care Institute. “Access to a primary care provider is essential to keep up with preventive care, receive treatment for illnesses, manage certain chronic health conditions and get referred to see a specialist when needed.”

Cleveland Clinic providers and patients are connected to the health system’s large network of specialists, resources and mission, including 23 hospitals and more than 275 outpatient facilities.
