YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Lisa Resnick, founder and CEO of Dandelion-Inc, launched the women-focused business community during the Covid-19 pandemic. What began as a series of informal events evolved into a full membership model, offering monthly discussions, workshops and group accountability sessions. The goal, she said, is to create a network rooted in shared growth, practical learning and genuine support.
Amy Shope, a financial adviser and co-founder of Dylan’s House, found alignment with Dandelion-Inc through her own work hosting monthly Women’s Power Lunches in Canfield. After years of shared values and collaboration, Shope approached Resnick about co-creating the Women Rising Summit – a larger-scale gathering aimed at amplifying community and connection.
