COLUMBIANA, Ohio – The Oakmont Plaza, home to several restaurants and retail businesses in Columbiana, has a new owner.
Oakmont Plaza LLC sold the property to 3rd Realm Holdings LLC for $2.2 million Monday, according to Mahoning County property records.
3rd Realm Holdings registered as a business in Ohio in early March, and the company’s taxpayer address is on South Bayshore Drive in Columbiana.
The plaza was built in 1989 on 2.67 acres and has a listed address of 901 and 921 Columbiana Canfield Road.
Housed in the 18,890 square feet of developed commercial space are Antone’s Kitchen, Golden Chopsticks, Domino’s Pizza, QuickMed Urgent and Primary Care, Rocky Top RC, Carman Tobacco, EyeCatchers Optical, AudioNova, Ocean Nail Spa, H&R Block and an AT&T store.
