KINSMAN, Ohio – A Mason, Ohio, company paid $1.3 million for two commercial buildings and two vacant parcels, all on Main Street.
Logan Petroleum 2 bought the buildings at 8507 Main, which includes Main Discount Drug, and 8503 Main, which houses a Dollar General, and the two parcels from Main Street Mini Storage, according to online Trumbull County Auditor’s Office records. A Marathon gas station sits in front of the two buildings. The sale posted Jan. 8.
Logan Petroleum 2, 8479 S. Mason Montgomery Road in Mason, filed its articles of organization with the Ohio Secretary of State’s Office in December 2024, with the purpose listed online “to operate a convenience store/gas station,” records show.
