YOUNGSTOWN – Mike Conglose of New Castle, Pa., was named president and CEO of Commercial Metal Forming in 2024.
His career with the tank head manufacturer started in 1994 as production/inventory control manager and master scheduler, according to information from the company. Conglose most recently was executive vice president of operations.
Also last year, Jim Petrides was promoted to chief financial officer. The former vice president of finance came to Commercial Metal Forming as a financial consultant in 2014.
Tom DePinto returned to Commercial Metal Forming as vice president of sales and business development. He oversees sales operations at all three CMF plants.
Other internal promotions last year include Barbara Bracken to human resources manager; Mike Baker, controller; Amy Doran, director of materials; Nick Sabrin, director of sales; and Laurie Peterson, inside sales manager.
