Community Generosity
Last year, our foundation experienced an outpouring of support from 744 donors—from individuals and households to organizations and businesses—who together contributed 1,489 gifts totaling gifts totaling $5,476,239.66. Thanks to this generosity, we established 20 new charitable funds, including 10 agency funds designed to strengthen the sustainability of local nonprofits.
One of the most inspiring examples of community spirit was our Giving Tuesday and Beyond Campaign, which supported agency funds held by local nonprofits. The median gift to this campaign was just $20—a powerful reminder that everyone can be a philanthropist. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful impact and fuels the change we can achieve together.
Grantmaking and Program Impact
In 2024, we made 701 distributions, totaling $7.8 million. Of this, $3.3 million came from competitive grants—an increase of $1 million over the previous year. Grant amounts ranged from $500 to to $100,000, with an average grant of $11,569, showcasing the diverse scale of impact across our community.
Other highlights:
• Supported 70+ students with $153,535 in scholarships.
• Invested $50,000 into 10 organizations to participate in Jumpstart, a 12-month fundraising capacity program that resulted in collective fundraising revenue growth of $83,663.
• Hosted two Nonprofit Leaders Coffee Hours, drawing more than 50 attendees.
