YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Mahoning County Public Health is collaborating with partners to conduct a Community Health Assessment.
The CHA is a local health survey conducted every three years that helps identify the most significant health concerns for those who live in Mahoning and Trumbull counties.
The input and the information provided by residents who are at least 18 years old is valuable for the assessment, a news release states. The information collected from the 2025 CHA will help create and guide action plans to address the identified major community health issues.
The process encourages connecting, coordination and working together toward a common goal to help strengthen the programs, services and resources that create a healthy community.
