ROGERS, Ohio – An Aurora, Ohio, company bought three Columbiana County gas station/convenience stores for $5.2 million.
Rogers Fuel LLC bought the JDE Food and Fuel at 46791 State St., New Waterford, and the Sinclair Gas Station Dino Mart, 3952 state Route 7, Fairview Township, for $2.25 million each from John Doss Enterprises LLC.
Rogers Fuel also paid $700,000 for a building at 7517 Depot St. in Rogers. Online records from the Columbiana County Auditor’s office list the former owner as Andi’s Convenience Store and list it as an office building. An online search lists a Sinclair Gas Station at that address.
Online auditor’s records also show that the company bought a vacant residential lot at 46261 Walnut St. in Rogers from Andi’s Convenience Store for $10.
All of the sales closed Sept. 15.
