WARREN, Ohio – The Country Club Manor apartment building at 3741 E. Market St. has been sold for $2.75 million, according to records filed with the Trumbull County Auditor’s Office.
Records show that Presley Holdings LLC purchased the property Sept. 2 from Dacoh Holdings LLC. Documents filed with the Ohio Secretary of State show that Presley Holdings was incorporated in October 2017 and lists Regina M. Mitchell as an authorized representative of the company.
Country Club Manor – among the more visible structures on East Market Street near the Trumbull Country Club – contains between 20 and 39 rental units and was constructed in 1966, according to the auditor’s office.
Dacho Holdings purchased the building in 2014 for $1.68 million, auditor’s records show.
